With the existence of eDean (an on-campus notice system), sponsors finally have an avenue to convey their brand or message to a high density, targeted demographic otherwise reachable only by school newspapers.
No more paper! eDean communicates news, weather, events, and local sponsor messages without waste. Sponsors will save money on printing materials that often go to waste and the school will enjoy less waste in flyers, posters and brochures. Because messages can be changed as often as necessary, no waste is produced.
The costs of the system are defrayed by community-minded businesses that want to either support the school, reach its students, or both. Sponsors can have their name and/or brand affiliated with a major university and a number of smaller supporting colleges and institutions. The sponsorship fees are shared with the school and create a revenue stream that can be used at the University’s discretion. Sponsors can also choose to donate their message space to a charity of their choice.
